Q. What influenced your decision to become a wedding photographer?
A. I started to shoot weddings for friends and I had the chance to do it my own way. I took it as a challenge first, trying to see the event in a different way and I want to believe that I succeeded .
Q. Describe your wedding photography style:
A. My style is mainly what they call creative photojournalism with infusions of glamour. My favourite thing to do during a wedding is to observe what’s going on and take pictures.
Q. Describe your perfect client:
A. The perfect client is the one who likes photography and is able to act natural in front of the camera.
Q. What is your favourite part of the wedding day(s)?
A. My favourite part may be the reception because everybody is relaxing and having a good time.
Q. Where are your favourite places to shoot in Edmonton?
A. Some of the best places must be the River Valley and the University of Alberta, but I really like to try new places whenever I have a chance.
Q. Do you photograph weddings outside of the Edmonton area, and if so, where are you able to travel?
A. Yes, I’ve been to Europe for weddings and I’m willing to travel anywhere on the planet.
Q. What makes you different from other wedding photographers?
A. Everybody is different and my personality makes me different from other photographers.
Q. If you were getting married (or if you were to do it all over again), who would you choose to photograph your wedding, and why?
A. Some of my personal favourite wedding photographers are Jeff Ascough, Ben Chrisman, Yervant and Joe Buissink.
Q.Do you photograph anything else other than weddings?
A. Yes, I do lots of family, new born, maternity, engagement photo sessions and parties. And my passion may be travel photography.
