From Elizabeth of ENV Photography : Bridal sessions can be many things, from a pretty session before the wedding to show off the dress and your hair and make-up trial, to a post-wedding session where you get to run wild! Rock the Dress and Trash the Dress also fall into the category of bridal sessions. It’s just a chance to wear the dress and have even more awesome photos taken! Also nice if you weren’t happy with your own wedding photos, it gives you the chance to have awesome photos with your spouse without all the cost and hassle of another wedding!
